Level 4: Launch
(Ages 18-24)
Where confidence turns into independence and students launch into life.

Welcome to Life Launch
This is where independence takes shape and direction becomes reality. The Launch level helps young adults apply what they’ve learned to real-world decisions about college, career, and life. Through self-guided courses, personal development sessions, and one-on-one mentoring, students strengthen confidence, communication, and self-sufficiency. They leave with clarity about their goals, confidence in their choices, and the tools to navigate adulthood with purpose and resilience.
“Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.” ~ Henry David Thoreau
School teaches academics. Life Launch teaches the transition into adulthood - how to lead yourself, make confident decisions, manage priorities, and adapt to real-world challenges. These are the skills that create capable, grounded young adults who move through life with purpose, resilience, and independence.
What Students Learn:
Launch focuses on the real-world skills that build confidence, independence, and purpose. Students learn how to make informed decisions, manage responsibilities, and navigate life with clarity, resilience, and self-leadership.

The courses in this level teach:
-
How to set clear goals and create a personal plan for career, college, or independence
-
How to manage finances, time, and responsibilities with consistency and confidence
-
How to communicate effectively in professional, academic, and personal settings
-
How to stay grounded, adaptable, and resilient in the face of change or uncertainty
These skills help young adults step into life with purpose and independence, ready to make decisions, manage challenges, and build the future they choose.
1:1 Personal Development & Mentoring Sessions for Launch
Real independence takes clarity, not guesswork. Life Launch personal development and mentoring sessions help young adults bridge the gap between learning and living.
Sessions are 45-60 minutes each, designed for ages 18–24, and focused on building confidence, direction, and self-leadership. Together, we clarify goals, strengthen communication, and create strategies for career, college, and personal success. Parents or supporters may receive general progress updates if requested, but the focus shifts toward student ownership, helping each young adult take full responsibility for their growth and next steps.

Preparing for What’s Next
By the end of the Launch level, students have developed the confidence, clarity, and independence to step fully into adult life. They’ve practiced making decisions, managing priorities, and leading themselves with purpose. Equipped with real-world skills and a strong sense of direction, they move forward ready to navigate college, career, and life with resilience, balance, and confidence in who they are.
