Christy has spent 17 years overseeing billion-dollar audits in high-pressure environments. The work demands focus and precision, but it also gave her perspective - real success isn’t just about achievement, it’s about purpose and growth.

That understanding deepened as she raised three daughters and saw firsthand how different today’s world is from the one she grew up in. Watching her girls and their friends navigate school and early adulthood, she realized something was missing; they were smart, capable, and driven, yet unprepared for the practical and emotional challenges of real life.

“When I was growing up, we stayed out until the streetlights came on, roaming the neighborhoods, but with my girls, I wouldn’t even let them go past the stop sign.” It wasn’t until her sixteen-year-old went inside a gas station to ask how to pump gas that she had her wake-up call. “I realized I had tried so hard to protect them from the world that I hadn’t prepared them for it.”

That moment changed everything. What started as a personal mission to prepare her own daughters for adulthood became a calling to help others do the same. Christy began talking with teens, college students, and parents; nearly everyone admitted they didn’t feel ready for the real world.

Those conversations, combined with her background in structure, systems, and strategy, formed the foundation of Life Launch, a program designed to bridge the gap between education and real life. Today, Christy helps teens, young adults, and parents build confidence, improve communication, and find direction through 1:1 personal development sessions, mentoring, and self-guided courses. Her passion is simple but powerful: to help the next generation not just face the world, but thrive in it.
